Channel 4's move to Leeds

Something I used when teaching Leeds last in the Urban Futures topic: exploring the arrival of Channel 4 who were moving some jobs out of London. Several cities wanted the jobs which went with the move.
They will occupy part of the Majestic Building.
It remains to be seen whether there are people travelling into the new office or working from home, following Covid-19.
As the article linked to above says, this is a very diverse area.
“Channel 4’s got a very keen focus on diversity, and so obviously we underlined the diversity of the population, both in Leeds, but if you add Bradford into the mix, and the broader region, then you can access a really diverse talent pool.”
